I know this isn't what I usually do, but I felt the need to draw this. I know many people can relate to this feeling when their lies catch up to them.
(I really need to work on shadowing and hair!!)

This artwork is nice. If you want critique though, I would say to look at how she would look like zoomed out. The nose to mouth is not that correct in realistic ways. The hair to the right that is swifting doesn't make much sense because the hair on the right isn't swifting eithier. So I wouldn't add it in. The arched eyebrows are perfectly realistic. I do like your coloring style.

Your very good at making it look 3D. which I am not that good at.
This piece has a lot of originality in it. I haven't seen another piece like this. She looks exactly like a liar. :3
